Return & Refund Policy

 

First of all Thanks for shopping at www.motherofnug.co.uk

We will gladly accept returns & exchanges for undamaged products that were purchased directly through our website within 30 days of purchase date. Return/Exchange requests must be submitted through email support@motherofnug.co.uk prior to 31 days of purchase date, and an order number must be provided in order to initiate a return.

UK CUSTOMERS - Cost of return are FREE for all orders.

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS - We offer FREE returns for all orders above £50, for all other orders the cost of return shipping will be deducted from final refund amount.

**Please note, shipping fees will not be refunded that were paid by the customer when original order was placed.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (U.S AND REST OF THE WORLD) - At this time, we are unable to offer return shipping for international returns or exchanges. You can email support@motherofnug.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve all issues.
